I have seen Dr Bate on 2 occassions with my little son and both times we've been provided with the best possible care and advice. Doctor Bate has listened to all my conserns, re-assured about things that were normal and refered us to other specialist to confirm that my sons behaviour that I thought was disturbing had no underlying issues. He has communicated the visit outcome by letters to both myself and our GP both times.
Dr Bate has also been very pleasant and easy to talk to and understand.
I would most definitely recommend Dr Bate to my friends, family and any parent seeking professional medical help.
We have recently seen Dr Bate, regarding my son's eczema and failure to thrive. My husband and I found him to be very approachable and thorough in his diagnosis plan. We felt listened to and, outside of appointment times, he is available on email should we have any queries. The latter is a valuable tool for keeping each other updated, throughout the diagnosis and treatment phase.
I appreciate that Dr Tristan Bate has listened to concerns about our son during a difficult time. He has approached our son's diagnosis objectively and provided a detailed understanding to us during his care.
I particulary have appreciated that Dr Tristan Bate's has been able to see my son without an appointment regarding a concern we recently had.
I also appreciate the promptness of response of the emails. This is particularly useful especially since there has been lots of followup required and it has saved me from going through lots of channels to get a simple response.
Dr. Tristan checked our baby in Hillingdon hospital. He was kind and approachable. He answered all our questions promoptly. I would definitely recommend him to all parents who want excellent child care.
Very pleased with the care provided
